HOT HATHA 90 SERIES
This classic series is the original 90-minute Bikram Method based on 26 Hatha postures and 2 breathing exercises. It is an all-levels yoga class designed for beginners that will invigorate and rejuvenate your entire body. The series systematically works muscles, glands, organs, tendons, and ligaments, leaving you with a complete feeling of overall peace and well-being.
HOT VINYASA FLOW
This class is a varying sequence of yoga poses designed for all-levels. Yoga postures are linked together unifying breath and movement to create natural flows. These flows increase physical endurance, strength, and focus, training the mind to connect with the body through constant movement and meditation.
HOT POWER VINYASA
This class incorporates strength-based movements with a breath-to-movement vinyasa flow. It’s a dynamic class that aims to challenge your athleticism, stamina, and focus while conditioning the mind and body. Modifications and variations provided, encouraged for all levels!
HOT FUSION FLOW
This vigorous series takes the structure and mental discipline from the Hatha Series (Bikram Method) and seamlessly blends it with the freedom, variety, and flow of a Vinyasa practice. Fusion is a challenging mind body moving meditation thoughtfully created with passion and love. It is an active class designed for intermediate to advanced students.
HOT YIN YOGA
Yin Yoga class is a slow-paced style of yoga where postures (asanas) are held for deep stretching and relaxation. This primary function of this style is to circulate chi (prana) across specific meridian points in our body to increase the optimal function of the organs. Yin Yoga also allows us to tap into our parasympathetic nervous system which can allow the brain to find a state of total relaxation, which is very healing for the system. Meridians are highly conductive energetic pathways. Different postures allow access to specific meridians which will be held for a minimum of 3 minutes per asana. These long holds are what makes a Yin practice unique from other styles and allows us to lubricate our fascia which is the connective tissue in the body that the meridians are traveling through.

This class incorporates strength training movements into a sequence of yoga postures. With the addition of free weights, you’ll boost metabolism, and tone your entire body with bursts of cardio, squats, lunges, and other sculpting exercises. Set to upbeat music, you will challenge your mind and body in an exhilarating, purposeful workout.
INFERNO HOT PILATES (IHP)
This 60-minute class is high intensity interval training (H.I.I.T.) with Pilates principles. It is a fantastic compliment to your yoga practice, and we are confident you will love it! It is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout that will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body. It is performed on a yoga mat with rockin’ music! IHP strengthens muscles and burns fat without the pounding of a high impact workout.

KUNDALINI YOGA
Non-heated class | Surrounded by thousands of years of mystery and mastery you can expect to walk away from this class in an elevated state of being. Move, breath, flex, chant, meditate, and sing away all that is not you. This class involves live music. Kundalini yoga was designed by advanced yogis to make the experience of enlightenment accessible to ALL levels of yogic practitioners. Kundalini effectively cleanses and detoxifies oxidative stress from psycho-neuro-endo-immunological systems that increase healing and above optimal functioning. Kundalini yoga intensifies awareness, focus, and naturally aligns body-mind-spirit existence.
KIDS YOGA
Non-heated class | Introducing yoga to children helps them build strength, and improve their posture, balance, flexibility, and coordination. Yoga helps teach children how to relax and destress, which can also help with better focus, attention span, and sleep patterns. Kids Yoga Classes are monthly on Saturday afternoon and have two different times based on age group, see Workshops tab to for schedule and to sign-up.
8 – 13 years old | The 45-minute class is targeted for our more mature yogis and will spend more time in yoga poses and mini flows to encourage a subtle mindful meditation, creating opportunity for learning how to sync up breath and movement. There is also breath work and a savasana at the conclusion of class.
3 – 7 years old | The 30-minute class is timed perfect for our younger yogis and features fun poses and movements that encourage flexible mobility with light meditation and breath work.
PRENATAL YOGA
Non-heated class | The prenatal series will help reduce stress, anxiety, improve sleep, and aid in preparation for birth. Drop-in to one or multiple classes or attend the full 6-class series. Through the six weeks, new themes will be introduced to help you through all the changes pregnancy brings. Come develop new relationships and share experiences in our prenatal community or just enjoy an hour of relaxation to yourself! Class sequencing will look similar class to class with different poses and meditations to reflect the weekly themes, which include: breathwork, pelvis, deep core, mindfulness, stamina for birth, and coping strategies for relaxing.
