Here are some helpful tips for your first time at Blue Moon Yoga…

  • All levels are welcome – every class is suitable for beginning to advanced students, with no prior yoga or athletic experience necessary.

  • Arrive 20 minutes prior to class to settle in; no reservations are necessary.

  • Bring 1-2 large towels or a YogiToes towel and one yoga mat.¬†These may also be rented or purchased at the studio.

  • Wear moisture-wicking fitness clothing that allows you to move freely.

  • Bring a large bottle of water. Coconut water or electrolyte mixes are also helpful. These can be purchased at the studio.

  • Come well-hydrated, well-rested and well-nourished with an empty stomach.

  • Have a fresh towel and a change of dry clothes for after-class comfort!
