KIDS YOGA CLASS

Introducing yoga to children helps them build strength, and improve their posture, balance, flexibility, and coordination. Yoga helps teach children how to relax and destress … which can also help with better focus, attention span, and sleep patterns. Kids Yoga Classes are non-heated.

Parents are welcome to take the Vinyasa class at 8:45a in the Full Moon room or can drop off/pick up.  Children should wear comfortable. fitness clothing.

Please bring a yoga mat (if they have one), and water.

Parents, MindBody has a feature to add family members to your account, please follow these steps to add profiles for your participating children to your account. All minors are required to have their own profile under their parent/guardian’s account.

This workshop is designed to introduce simple, sustainable daily rituals that help participants feel more grounded, present, and connected to their breath and overall wellbeing. The focus is on small practices that can easily fit into everyday life, creating moments of calm and clarity throughout the day.  Participants will learn a few intentional morning and evening routines centered around breathwork, mindfulness, and gentle movement. These tools are meant to be practical, approachable, and supportive for people at any stage of their wellness journey.
The workshop will conclude with a guided Yoga Nidra practice, allowing participants to experience deep relaxation and learn techniques they can use at home to unwind and improve their sleep and evening routine. Low Heat.

YOUTH ATHLETE RESET (Ages 13 – 18)

Pilates • Yoga • Meditation • Cold Plunge: Recover Smarter. Move Better. Perform Stronger.
Designed specifically for young athletes, this 90-minute recovery class helps improve mobility, flexibility, balance, focus, and overall performance while supporting injury prevention and faster recovery.  The class combines Pilates-based core strengthening, yoga-inspired mobility and stretching, guided breathwork, and meditation to help athletes restore both body and mind after training, competition, or a busy week of sports.

Following class, participants will have the opportunity to experience a guided 3-minute cold plunge, an effective recovery tool that may help reduce muscle soreness, decrease inflammation, improve circulation, and build mental resilience.

Whether you’re training for your next season or simply looking to move and recover more effectively, this class will help you feel stronger, more balanced, and ready to perform at your best.

Please bring:

Yoga mat

Water bottle

(2) Beach or bath towels (1 for class + 1 for cold plunge)

Wear Athletic attire appropriate for class and cold plunging

HANDSTANDS: DRILLS + SKILLS WORKSHOP

Ready to build confidence upside down? Whether you’re working toward your very first handstand or refining an existing practice, this workshop is designed to help you develop the strength, balance, and body awareness needed for a strong inversion practice.

We’ll begin with a dynamic yoga flow to warm up the body and introduce foundational movement patterns. From there, we’ll break down handstand technique through progressive drills and exercises that improve core strength, alignment, stability, balance, and control. You’ll have plenty of time to practice, receive individualized guidance, ask questions, and continue building your skills in a supportive environment.

Perfect for beginners who are ready to start learning handstands, as well as students looking to strengthen and refine their existing handstand practice.

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice designed to bring the body into deep rest while the mind remains gently aware. Class begins with gentle movement before settling into meditation. This two-hour workshop delves into the original hot hatha yoga’s 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. We will approach the postures through examining the dialogue from 3 different sources with yoga philosophy in mind and then work on alignment within the most difficult postures. Emphasis will be on maintaining form and how to prioritize during the posture. We will examine the various degrees of expression possible in the postures and keep in mind the goals we are working towards, simultaneously holding first principles and expanding to move forward. Non-Heated.
