KIDS YOGA CLASS

Introducing yoga to children helps them build strength, and improve their posture, balance, flexibility, and coordination. Yoga helps teach children how to relax and destress … which can also help with better focus, attention span, and sleep patterns. Kids Yoga Classes are non-heated.

Parents are welcome to take the Vinyasa class at 8:45a in the Full Moon room or can drop off/pick up.  Children should wear comfortable. fitness clothing.

Please bring a yoga mat (if they have one), and water.

Parents, MindBody has a feature to add family members to your account, please follow these steps to add profiles for your participating children to your account. All minors are required to have their own profile under their parent/guardian’s account.

The Alignment & Refinement Yoga Workshop is designed to help practitioners deepen their understanding of common yoga postures by focusing on precise alignment, body awareness, and subtle adjustments. Through a combination of guided movement, posture breakdowns, prop use, and mindful holds, students will explore how small refinements can improve stability, prevent injury, and enhance the benefits of each pose. The workshop includes a short yoga flow to warm up, time for questions, hands-on or verbal adjustments, and practical tips that participants can bring back to their regular yoga practice. Suitable for all levels looking to build a safer, stronger, and more mindful foundation in their practice.

YIN YOGA SANSKRIT MANTRA SOUNDBATH EXPERIENCE

Gather under the soft glow of the Himalayan salt rock wall to slow down for an evening session of Yin Yoga with mantra and sound healing. This extended yin yoga session is an opportunity to gain more by doing less to relax and heal our bodies and minds with a just a handful of Yin postures.

Chanting and a sacred Tibetan sound bowl will set the tone for mental and physical relaxation to release tension and stress stored in the fascia and other bodily tissues.  Join us to experience a unique blend of yoga therapy and healing arts. Heated.

The workshop will conclude with a deeply restorative 30-minute Yoga Nidra practice designed to activate the body’s relaxation response and leave you feeling grounded, refreshed, and renewed. No prior yoga experience is necessary. The focus is on small practices that can easily fit into everyday life, creating moments of calm and clarity throughout the day.  Participants will learn a few intentional morning and evening routines centered around breathwork, mindfulness, and gentle movement. These tools are meant to be practical, approachable, and supportive for people at any stage of their wellness journey.
The workshop will conclude with a guided Yoga Nidra practice, allowing participants to experience deep relaxation and learn techniques they can use at home to unwind and improve their sleep and evening routine. Low Heat.

HATHA 26 & 2 DIALOGUE + POSTURE CLINIC

N. Fresno Studio with Ashley Foster

This two-hour workshop delves into the original hot hatha yoga’s 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. We will approach the postures through examining the dialogue from 3 different sources with yoga philosophy in mind and then work on alignment within the most difficult postures. Emphasis will be on maintaining form and how to prioritize during the posture. We will examine the various degrees of expression possible in the postures and keep in mind the goals we are working towards, simultaneously holding first principles and expanding to move forward. Non-Heated.
