Join Samantha Spitzer for an evening of slowing down, reflecting, and reconnecting under the energy of the full moon. We’ll begin with gentle self-reflection through guided journaling and an intuitive Oracle card pull before settling into a calming Yin yoga practice designed to release tension and create space within. We’ll close the evening with a deeply relaxing sound bath, leaving you feeling grounded, restored, and renewed.
No experience is necessary—just bring an open heart and a willingness to receive.

This two-hour workshop delves into the original hot hatha yoga’s 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. We will approach the postures through examining the dialogue from 3 different sources with yoga philosophy in mind and then work on alignment within the most difficult postures. Emphasis will be on maintaining form and how to prioritize during the posture. We will examine the various degrees of expression possible in the postures and keep in mind the goals we are working towards, simultaneously holding first principles and expanding to move forward. Non-Heated.

Have you ever wanted all your favorite styles of movement in one intentionally curated flow? This is what this workshop offers! Macy will start by giving a brief overview of the different modalities being used during the flow so you have a better understanding of what is occurring in the body and mind, and why it benefits you. Then she will lead you in a 45 minute flow that includes principles of Yoga, Pilates, Weight lifting, Fascia Flossing, and meditative breath-work carefully curated to enhance overall wellbeing. The workshop concludes with a restorative Sound Bath that allows your body and mind to integrate the experience. You will leave with a sense of calm, a regulated nervous system, and a renewed respect for all your body is capable of. This workshop is open to anyone who is interested in a dynamic type of movement that is more than just a workout. Non-heated.
