ALL FACILITIES
- Blue Moon facilities are alcohol and drug free in all areas, you understand that you may not be under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or any other intoxicants which inhibits your ability to be safe and cognizant. Inappropriate loud, sexual, or distracting behavior in any area is not allowed. You may not bring unauthorized guests into any area of the facilities.
- CELL PHONES: Cell phones are not permitted in the practice or contrast rooms and must be left on silent with your personal belongings in a locker or in a cubby. For special circumstances, such as being an on-call worker, please contact Studio Management for accommodations.
- FOOD AND DRINK: Food and glass water bottles are not allowed in the practice or contrast rooms.
- APPROPRIATE ATTIRE: Dress in light, breathable fabrics for hot yoga activities. Swim attire or breathable fabrics are required for contrast therapy sessions. Nudity is not permitted in public areas, clothing and undergarments need to be in place and fit as to not permit accidental showing of private body parts. Underwear as a stand-alone garment is not permitted in the yoga room or contrast room.
- RESERVATIONS: A valid credit card is required on file to book classes, services, and contrast therapy appointments. You must be physically present by the start time of your scheduled class or appointment, or your spot may be given to another client.
- LATE ARRIVALS: Late arrivals will not be permitted after a class or contrast session begins. For classes that are full, we hold reservations until the start time of class. If you are not present at the start of the class and there is a waitlist, your spot may be given to another student who is on site.
- YOGA CANCELLATIONS: CANCEL CLASS 5-HOURS IN ADVANCE OR YOU ARE SUBJECT TO ASSOCIATED FEES OR CLASS DEDUCTION. You may cancel class through our online system only. For packages with unlimited yoga, a $10 late cancellation fee applies to any cancellation within 5-hours of the scheduled class time, for class cards and drop-ins the class credit is deducted. For packages with unlimited yoga a $20 no-show fee will apply for a class absence, for class cards and drop-ins the class credit is deducted.
- CONTRAST THERAPY CANCELLATIONS: CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT 5-HOURS IN ADVANCE OR YOU ARE SUBJECT TO ASSOCIATED FEES OR SESSION DEDUCTION. You may cancel your appointment through our online system only. For packages with unlimited sessions, a $20 late cancellation fee applies to any contrast therapy cancellation within 5-hours of the scheduled appointment time, for single and multi-session packages a single session is deducted. For packages with unlimited sessions a $30 no-show fee will apply for an appointment absence, for single and multi-session packages and single session is deducted. For packages with unlimited sessions, a cancellation fee equal to the amount of a cold plunge session applies to any cold plunge cancellation within 5-hours of the scheduled appointment time, for single and multi-session packages a single session is deducted. For packages with unlimited sessions a no-show fee equal to the amount of a cold plunge session will apply for an appointment absence, for single and multi-session packages a single session is deducted.
- DISCOUNTS: Discounted packages available for purchase in-studio only and for yoga services only. Must present valid ID to qualify at time of each purchase.
- Warrior Discount: Active Military, Veterans, First Responders (Police, Fire, EMS), and clients 65+ years old receive 15% off any regularly priced service package.
- Full-time Students with School ID or copy of current class schedule: are eligible for the discounted class drop-in rate and unlimited 1-month yoga packages.
- WORKSHOPS: Registration costs for a workshop or event is due at the time of booking. Cancellations more than 5-hours prior to the start time will receive the registration back to the account to use for a future equivalent booking. Late cancellations within 5-hours of the scheduled start time will not receive a refund or credit.
- PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS: Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24-hours prior to the scheduled start time to receive an account credit. If the session is cancelled within 24-hours of the start time, a refund or credit will not be issued.
- PRIVATE GROUP SESSIONS: A non-refundable $75 deposit is required to reserve the time/date. Final payment is due 48-hours prior to the scheduled session. If the event is cancelled within 48-hours of the start time, a refund or credit will not be issued.
- PERSONAL BELONGINGS: Blue Moon is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings while you are present in a studio. You assume all risk of loss for any of your personal belongings.
- REFUND POLICY: Blue Moon does not provide refunds. All sales are final. Service packages, and membership packages are non-refundable, non-transferrable, and are not shareable between clients. In the event a refund is approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method. No exceptions. Merchandise purchased in-studio is non-refundable. Blue Moon does not accept exchanges in size, color, or any other variability. We encourage purchasers to try on merchandise before purchasing
- MEMBERSHIPS AND SERVICES
- YOGA STUDIOS: Memberships and services are redeemable at the studio location specified in the package at the time of enrollment or purchase. There are single studio, two-studio, and all-studio options for most memberships and Services. Some packages, when specified “all-studio,” are redeemable at all-studios. All memberships and service packages are subject to the late cancellation and absence policy as stated in these policies.
- MEMBERSHIPS
- Monthly Automatically Renewing Membership: Member agrees by enrolling in a membership that this is a commitment for an initial term of 3-months at minimum. After the initial commitment of 3-months, the membership renews automatically on a month-to-month basis. The membership cannot be paused, suspended, or extended for any reason during the initial 3-month term. The membership activates on the day of purchase. Monthly dues must be paid with a credit or debit card stored on MindBody’s online software on the date designated in the Agreement and will continue on or around the same day until cancellation. Memberships may be temporarily frozen after the initial 3-month period per the Membership Hold Policy below. Memberships are not transferrable or shareable.
- Unlimited Membership (PREPAID): Member understands that this is a prepaid membership for a for a specified number of months and activates on the day of first visit using the membership. This payment type is non-recurring, will not automatically renew, and will terminate at the end of its term. Memberships may be frozen per the Hold policy below. Memberships are not transferrable or shareable.
- Monthly Mat and Towel Service (Automatically-Renewing): This service includes 1 yoga mat, 1 yoga towel, and 1 shower towel per yoga class attended. This service is a month-to-month agreement for a minimum of 1-month and no maximum. It cannot be paused, suspended, or extended for any reason. This service activates on the day of purchase. Monthly dues must be paid with a credit or debit card stored on MindBody’s online software on the date designated in the Agreement and will continue on or around the same day until cancellation. Memberships are not transferrable or shareable.
- MEMBERSHIP HOLD POLICY: Memberships only— this does not apply to any other payment type. The hold policy allows a member in good standing to temporarily suspend their membership at no cost upon written request by email to Blue Moon at hello@bluemoonyogafresno.com. The request must be received 7-days before the next billing cycle under the following terms: 1) freeze must occur after the initial 3-month commitment; 2) limited to 3 months cumulative over any 12 month period; 3) freeze may be for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 3 months total. Once the freeze ends, the membership rate shall continue at the same rate immediately prior to the freeze. The cancellation policy (below) applies. If a member wishes to freeze their membership for a period longer than 3 months cumulative over any 12 month period and maintain their same rate upon return, a $10 fee is charged monthly for a minimum of 1-month and no maximum.
- MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY (Monthly Automatically-Renewing Membership Only): A member may cancel their automatically-renewing membership only after fulfilling the initial 3-month minimum commitment. Cancellation requests prior to the initial 3-month term will not be processed and no payments will be waived. Cancellation requests must be in writing by email to hello@bluemoonyogafresno.com at least 30 days prior to the next scheduled billing date. Cancellations by phone, voicemail, or in-person will not be accepted and are not valid. If a client would like to re-enroll in a membership, client must buy a new membership at the prevailing rate, a new 3-month initial commitment is initiated, and all other terms apply.

- SERVICE PACKAGES
- Introductory Specials for New Clients: Introductory Offers may only be purchased by first-time clients and may only be purchased once per client. Introductory Offers activate on the day of your first visit to the studio and is active for the stated introductory period. Once the pass has been activated, it cannot be paused, suspended, or extended for any reason. Valid for specified studio(s). No exceptions will be made.
- Drop-in / Community Class Drop-in / Drop-in for Full-time Students/Kids Drop-in: Activates on date of sale and expires 6-months from the date of sale. Drop-in is forfeited in the event of a late-cancellation or absence. Valid for use at all-studio locations.
- Class Cards: Class cards activate on the first day the card is used to book a class and expire 6-months from that class date (unless otherwise specified in the terms of the sale). In the event there are classes remaining on the card at the time of expiration, the studio will roll those classes over to the purchase of a new class card. A class from the card is forfeited in the event of a late-cancellation or absence. Class cards are not shareable but maybe transferred if unused.
- Traveler’s Week: Activates on the day of your first visit using the package and expires 7-days from activation. Manduka yoga mat rentals and Yogitoes towel rentals are included for each visit. Valid for use at all-studio locations.
- 1-Month Unlimited / 1-Month Unlimited for Full-time Students: Activates on the day of your first visit using the pass and is valid for 1-month. This payment type is non-recurring and does not automatically renew. This package cannot be paused, suspended, or extended for any reason.
- 1-Month Mat and Towel Service: Activates on the day of purchase and is valid for 1-month from date of activation. This payment type is non-recurring and will not automatically renew. It cannot be paused, suspended, or extended for any reason.
- CONTRAST THERAPY: Memberships and services are redeemable at the Fig Garden facility. All memberships and service packages are subject to the late cancellation and absence policy as stated in this policy.
- MEMBERSHIPS

Member agrees by enrolling in a membership that this is a commitment for an initial term specified in the contract. After the initial commitment, the membership renews automatically on a month-to-month basis. The membership cannot be paused, suspended, or extended for any reason during the initial term. The membership activates on the day of purchase. Monthly dues must be paid through a credit or debit card stored on MindBody’s online secure software on the date designated in the Agreement and will continue on or around the same day until cancellation. Memberships may be temporarily frozen after the initial commitment period per the Hold policy below.
- Multi-Session Memberships: Unused sessions expire at the end of each membership month and not do not rollover from month-to-month.
- Unlimited Membership (PREPAID): Includes 1-contrast therapy session or cold plunge session per day maximum. Member understands that this is a prepaid membership for a for a specified number of months and activates on the day of first visit using the membership. This payment type is non-recurring, will not automatically renew, and will terminate at the end of the term. Memberships may be frozen per the Hold policy below.

- MEMBERSHIPS
- FEES: Blue Moon charges fees for the Services and, subject to applicable law, Blue Moon reserves the right to change its fees from time to time in its sole discretion. Further, we reserve the right to modify monthly membership dues by not more than twenty percent (20%) per calendar year nor more frequently than twice per one-year period. Members will receive 30-days written notice of any such modifications to dues. Such monthly dues, as increased, shall be referred to herein as the “Monthly Dues.” Prepaid memberships will not be modified before the expiration of the existing term.
