Policy Reminders
Class Check-in + Late Entries
Please check in with our front desk team verbally when you arrive. It helps us keep our records accurate and most importantly that every class you take counts towards your next milestone! Once class has begun, late entry is not allowed. This helps protect the experience of those already in practice and creates consistency for the community as a whole
Leaving Class Early
Every class ends with savasana, an essential part of the practice with powerful benefits for the body and mind. We highly encourage you to stay until the end of class.
Cell Phones in the Studio
Cell phones are not allowed in the classroom. We know life is busy and it can feel hard to disconnect, but this hour is meant to be a chance to unplug and be fully present with yourself and your body. Thank you for helping to keep the classrooms a calm, distraction-free space for our entire community.
How the Waitlist Works
Waitlisted clients will continue to be moved into open spots up until 30 minutes before class time. Our goal is to make it easy for your to get into the classes you love while keeping the processes simple and stress-free. If you’re on the waitlist, keep an eye on your phone, you will be notified via text when you are added to class. If you are unable to attend, please decline the spot so the waitlist continues to move. Cancellations resulting from being added to the roster from the waitlist are cleared weekly and not subject to a cancellation fee. If you are able to attend, there’s nothing else you need to do, we’ll see you for class!
Cancellation and Absences
We are committed to creating a welcoming community where all yogis feel comfortable and valued. We kindly ask that if you need to cancel a class, please do so more than 5–hours in advance to allow participants who may be on a waiting list the chance to attend. Classes may be canceled through our online system only. Cancellations within 5-hours of the class start time incur a $10 fee for unlimited packages; a credit is deducted from class cards and drop-ins. Absences incur a $20 fee for unlimited packages; a class is deducted for class cards and drop-ins. Your efforts make a significant difference in our community, and we are grateful for your support.
