If you choose to enjoy full Fire and Ice (50 minute) sessions, those plunges count! Please mark the board for the number of plunges completed during the session!

Track your classes on the board and commit to completing 30,60, or 90 classes in 90 days. Whether you’re aiming for consistency or transformation, this challenge is your opportunity to see how a regular practice can truly change your lifeโ€”physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Workshops and Hatha 90 classes count for 2 on the board!ย

THE DETAILS:

  • Sign-up for the Yoga Challenge, the Cold-Plunge Challenge, or BOTH!
  • If you arenโ€™t signed-up online for the challenge, we wonโ€™t be able to celebrate your amazing accomplishments.
  • Yoga Challenge: Workshops and Hatha 90 Classes count for 2 on the board.
  • Cold Plunge Challenge: All plunges during a full Fire + Ice Contrast session count on the board.
  • Classes / Cold Plunges taken outside of Blue Moon Yoga & Wellness do not countย towards the challenge.
  • As always, it is free to sign-up for the challenge, you just need a package or membership to pay for your class / cold plunge attendance, as usual.
  • Track your classes on the board at the studio where you practice most. Track your plunges at the Fig Garden studio.
