Cancellation Policy

We are committed to creating a welcoming community where everyone feels comfortable and valued.  We kindly ask that if you need to cancel a session, please do so more than 5–hours in advance to allow someone else the chance to schedule a Fire + Ice experience.  Sessions may be canceled through our online system only. Fire + Ice Sessions: Cancellations within 5-hours of the session start time incur a $20 fee for unlimited packages; a session is deducted for session packs or single sessions.  Absences incur a $30 fee for unlimited packages; a session is deducted for session packs and single sessions.  Cold Plunge Only Sessions: Cancellations within 5-hours of the session start time incur a $XX fee for unlimited packages; a session is deducted for session packs or single sessions.  Absences incur a $XX fee for unlimited packages; a session is deducted for session packs and single sessions.
