Here are some helpful tips for your first time at Blue Moon Yoga:

All levels are welcome – every class is suitable for beginning to advanced students, with no prior yoga or athletic experience necessary.

Arrive 30 minutes prior to class to settle in; reservations are recommended.

Bring 1-2 large towels or a YogiToes towel and one yoga mat. These may also may be purchased at the studio.

Wear moisture-wicking fitness clothing that allows you to move freely.

Bring a large bottle of water. Coconut water or electrolyte mixes are also helpful. These can be purchased at the studio.

Come well-hydrated, well-rested and well-nourished with an empty stomach.

Have a fresh towel and a change of dry clothes for after-class comfort!
