The HOT ROOM is a sacred space of peace, meditation, and reflection. A place of letting go and disconnecting that is free from distraction. This studio etiquette is in place to ensure the best, most peaceful experience possible for all yogis, and is standard etiquette at most yoga studios. We thank you for doing your part, and for your understanding and cooperation, it is very much appreciated!
We reserve the right to refuse service or admittance to anyone.
Kindly remove your shoes upon entering the lobby and store them in the lobby cubbies or lockers.

Set up and be prepared with everything you need on your mat before the teacher walks into the room. Line your mat up with the mat markers on the floor to allow for adequate space for all of our yogis.
Do your best to stay in the hot room for the full duration of class. Take breaks on your mat and rest when needed.
Shhhh…use your library voices when speaking to your neighbors BEFORE class.
No talking in the hot room DURING or AFTER class in savasana.
Please be aware of your sweat, clean up your puddles so no once else slips or splashes in them.
Savasana is the best part of class where your body gets to absorb all the benefits of the yoga practice. The 5 minutes following each class are sacred, reserved for peace and silence.
