Introducing yoga to children helps them build strength, and improve their posture, balance, flexibility, and coordination. Yoga helps teach children how to relax and destress … which can also help with better focus, attention span, and sleep patterns. Kids Yoga Classes will now have two different times based on age group. Classroom will not be heated.
3:00p – 3:45p
The older yogis class will be a more mature class targeted for kiddos ages 8-13 and will spend more time in yoga poses and mini flows to encourage a subtle mindful meditation, creating opportunity for learning how to sync up breath and movement. There will also be breath work and a savasana at the conclusion of class.
4:00p – 4:30p
The 30 minute class is timed perfect for our younger yogis aged 3-7 and will feature fun poses and movements that encourage flexible mobility and there will be light meditation and breath work.
Parents can drop off/pick up, or are welcome to wait in the lobby during class. Children should wear comfortable. fitness clothing.
Please bring a yoga mat (if they have one), and water.

Open to all levels of learners, posture clinic dives deep into the 26&2 postures and provides interactive guidance to fine tune your practice. Held in a regular class-like setting, there will be time to answer individual questions, get one-on-one direction, corrections, and guidance. Learn everything from the fundamentals to the final expression of each posture and work through any obstacles and challenges you may be experiencing.
Bring: mat, towel, water and yoga attire to practice in.

Join Samantha and Ji as they take you through a 2-hour spiritual journey in studio. We’ll begin with a brief breakdown of what Holy Fire Reiki is, the powerful benefits and answer any questions. Followed by an hour Yin slow flow, by Samantha aimed to ground and open our body, mind and soul. Lastly, we’ll end with a 30 min sound bowl session by Samantha, while Ji performs Reiki on students.
Ji is a Transformation & Empowerment mentor as well as an experienced practitioner in the realms of energy healing. Holy Fire Reiki is a modern and refined evolution of traditional Reiki healing, distinguished by its deeply nurturing energy that promotes purification, healing, empowerment, and guidance. Originating from a higher level of consciousness, it integrates a unique spiritual energy known as Holy Fire, which works continuously to heal and uplift the spirit, mind, and body. Participants will be introduced to a brief explanation of Holy Fire Reiki, and experience firsthand the gentle yet powerful essence of this healing practice in a group setting. They will be enveloped in serene and tranquil energies, nurturing a profound sense of peace and well-being.
