Yin Yoga + Sound Bath Experience

Yin yoga accompanied with crystal singing bowls is the ultimate combination to bring all practitioners into a deep state of relaxation peace and harmony. Auran will guide yin yoga while Sotre, a certified sound engineer, will play crystal singing bowls using healing frequencies to support and create the best experience possible. This is going to be a special treat and something you do not want to miss! So come slow down, breathe deeply, and receive all the positive energy you deserve. Leave feeling refreshed revitalized and completely recharged at a cellular level. What could be better right before the holiday week begins!

Loving-Kindness: A Heart-Centered Afternoon with Staci & Jenna
Join us for a cozy, non-heated afternoon of heart-opening movement, intentional breath, and Ayurvedic love. We’ll begin with a grounding tea ceremony, flow through a gentle yoga practice to soften and open the heart, and close with a Loving-Kindness meditation to pour compassion into yourself and those around you.

This is your reminder to slow down, reconnect, and lead with love.

Introducing yoga to children helps them build strength, and improve their posture, balance, flexibility, and coordination. Yoga helps teach children how to relax and destress … which can also help with better focus, attention span, and sleep patterns. Kids Yoga Classes will now have two different times based on age group.  Classroom will not be heated.

2:00p – 2:45p

For our oldest yogis, this 45-minute vinyasa-inspired class mirrors an adult-style flow while incorporating playful arm balances, block work, and wall-supported postures. It’s perfect for kids ready to explore their practice, build strength, and have fun with new challenges in a supportive and loving environment.

3:00p – 3:30p

This 30-minute class is designed to be fun and engaging, introducing foundational yoga postures and mini flows alongside breathwork and block play. With a balance of movement and mindfulness, this class fosters focus, coordination, and confidence—all while having a blast!

4:00p – 4:30p

Get ready for giggles, animal poses, and lots of fun! This 30-minute class is all about imagination and movement, with playful participation and interactive storytelling to keep little ones engaged. It’s the perfect way to introduce yoga through laughter, creativity, and plenty of silliness!

Parents can drop off/pick up, or are welcome to wait in the lobby during class.  Children should wear comfortable. fitness clothing.

Please bring a yoga mat (if they have one), and water.

Parents, MindBody now has a feature to add family members to your account, please follow these steps to add profiles for your participating children to your account. All minors are required to have their own profile under their parent/guardian’s account.

Join Genny Neal, a registered dietitian, and Makenna for a transformative two-hour workshop designed to nourish both your body and mind.

In the first hour, Genny will guide you through a hands-on nutrition session where you’ll calculate your individual dietary needs, learn how to build balanced meals and snacks, and explore the essential roles of fiber and protein in optimizing your health. Plus, you’ll create a wholesome snack to take home!

Then, transition into a revitalizing yoga session led by Makenna, designed to help you connect deeply with your body and mind, leaving you refreshed and recharged.

Walk away feeling inspired, empowered, and ready to take control of your health and wellness journey!
