Chakra Workshop Series: Sacral Chakra

Join Staci and Reiki Master Angie for the second workshop in our Chakra Series, focused on the Sacral Chakra—the center of creativity, passion + emotional flow.

An imbalanced sacral chakra can show up as creative blocks or emotional overwhelm. To restore balance, we’ll explore movement and Reiki healing to reignite your creative energy.

This non-heated session includes:
▪︎ Yin Yoga Quantum Leap Meditation for deep transformation
▪︎ Reiki-infused healing to clear stuck energy
▪︎ A hands-on creative activity to awaken your artistic flow

Wear your comfy clothes and bring any props you’d like for Yin Yoga (blanket, bolster, blocks). Come relax, release, and create with us!

International Women’s Day: Hormone + Self-Love Workshop

Celebrate International Women’s Day with an empowering, educational, and rejuvenating experience designed to inspire self-love and hormone health. This unique collaboration between Blue Moon Yoga and Jenny Wright, MMS, PA-C of Wright Wellness will help participants reconnect with their bodies and minds through education, yoga, and mindfulness practices.

Blue Moon Yoga instructor Ali Thurner will be leading guests in a Heart-Opening Vinyasa Flow, followed by an informative discussion with Jenny Wright, MMS, PA-C sharing her expertise in her holistic approach to women’s hormone and gut health. During her Q&A, guests will enjoy a featured and delicious smoothie with curated ingredients to benefit hormone and gut health.

The session will conclude with a Guided Yoga Nidra meditation by Blue Moon Yoga instructor Sara Rodriguez, focusing on self-love, inner peace, and connecting to one’s body.

KIDS YOGA CLASS

Saturday, March 22

9– 15 year olds: 3:00p – 3:45p

3 – 8 year olds: 4:00p – 4:30p

Kids Class 5-Class Card Now Available: $50

Introducing yoga to children helps them build strength, and improve their posture, balance, flexibility, and coordination. Yoga helps teach children how to relax and destress … which can also help with better focus, attention span, and sleep patterns. Kids Yoga Classes will now have two different times based on age group.  Classroom will not be heated.

3:00p – 3:45p

The older yogis class will be a more mature class targeted for kiddos ages 9-15 and will spend more time in yoga poses and mini flows to encourage a subtle mindful meditation, creating opportunity for learning how to sync up breath and movement.  There will also be breath work and a savasana at the conclusion of class.

4:00p – 4:30p

The 30 minute class is timed perfect for our younger yogis aged 3-8 and will feature fun poses and movements that encourage flexible mobility and there will be light meditation and breath work. 

Parents can drop off/pick up, or are welcome to wait in the lobby during class.  Children should wear comfortable. fitness clothing.

Please bring a yoga mat (if they have one), and water.
