We regularly host workshops and events to enhance both personal growth and community connection. Members enjoy exclusive discounts on all workshops.
Introducing yoga to children helps them build strength, and improve their posture, balance, flexibility, and coordination. Yoga helps teach children how to relax and destress … which can also help with better focus, attention span, and sleep patterns. Kids Yoga Classes will now have two different times based on age group. Classroom will not be heated.
3:00p – 3:45p
The older yogis class will be a more mature class targeted for kiddos ages 9-15 and will spend more time in yoga poses and mini flows to encourage a subtle mindful meditation, creating opportunity for learning how to sync up breath and movement. There will also be breath work and a savasana at the conclusion of class.
4:00p – 4:30p
The 30 minute class is timed perfect for our younger yogis aged 3-8 and will feature fun poses and movements that encourage flexible mobility and there will be light meditation and breath work.
Parents can drop off/pick up, or are welcome to wait in the lobby during class. Children should wear comfortable. fitness clothing.
Please bring a yoga mat (if they have one), and water.
Parents, MindBody now has a feature to add family members to your account, please follow these steps to add your participating children to your account: (recommended to do this from a computer, it works more seamlessly this way, the app is kind of clunky for this type of process):
Bring: mat, towel, water, optional items for comfort (bolster, blanket, pillow)
