Hatha Series Posture Clinic

Get ready to transform your Hatha practice and feed your mind and body with techniques, skills and information that allow you to get more meaningful results out of the time you spend in the hot room!

Open to all levels of learners, posture clinic dives deep into the 26&2 postures and provides interactive guidance to fine tune your practice. Held in a regular class-like setting, there will be time to answer individual questions, get one-on-one direction, corrections, and guidance. Learn everything from the fundamentals to the final expression of each posture and work through any obstacles and challenges you may be experiencing.

Bring: your mat, towel, water and yoga attire to practice in. We’re looking forward to seeing your transformations on the mat!

Chakra Workshop Series: Solar Plexis – Ignite Your Power

KIDS YOGA CLASS

9– 15 year olds: 3:00p – 3:45p

3 – 8 year olds: 4:00p – 4:30p

Introducing yoga to children helps them build strength, and improve their posture, balance, flexibility, and coordination. Yoga helps teach children how to relax and destress … which can also help with better focus, attention span, and sleep patterns. Kids Yoga Classes will now have two different times based on age group.  Classroom will not be heated.

3:00p – 3:45p

The older yogis class will be a more mature class targeted for kiddos ages 9-15 and will spend more time in yoga poses and mini flows to encourage a subtle mindful meditation, creating opportunity for learning how to sync up breath and movement.  There will also be breath work and a savasana at the conclusion of class.

4:00p – 4:30p

The 30 minute class is timed perfect for our younger yogis aged 3-8 and will feature fun poses and movements that encourage flexible mobility and there will be light meditation and breath work. 

Parents can drop off/pick up, or are welcome to wait in the lobby during class.  Children should wear comfortable. fitness clothing.

Please bring a yoga mat (if they have one), and water.
