A special extended yin yoga experience with sacred Vedic Sanskrit mantra chanting and Himalayan Singing bowls sound bath session.
Join sisters Rupi and Mani Ghuman for a uniquely crafted workshop they have delivered around the world. Combining their childhood mantra chanting meditation passion from India with powerful sound bath fusion and slow yin yoga to unwind, heal and uplift oneself through the best technique of relaxation, and yin postures using props.

Introducing yoga to children helps them build strength, and improve their posture, balance, flexibility, and coordination. Yoga helps teach children how to relax and destress … which can also help with better focus, attention span, and sleep patterns. Kids Yoga Classes will now have two different times based on age group. Classroom will not be heated.
2:00p – 2:45p
For our oldest yogis, this 45-minute vinyasa-inspired class mirrors an adult-style flow while incorporating playful arm balances, block work, and wall-supported postures. It’s perfect for kids ready to explore their practice, build strength, and have fun with new challenges in a supportive and loving environment.
3:00p – 3:30p
This 30-minute class is designed to be fun and engaging, introducing foundational yoga postures and mini flows alongside breathwork and block play. With a balance of movement and mindfulness, this class fosters focus, coordination, and confidence—all while having a blast!
4:00p – 4:30p
Get ready for giggles, animal poses, and lots of fun! This 30-minute class is all about imagination and movement, with playful participation and interactive storytelling to keep little ones engaged. It’s the perfect way to introduce yoga through laughter, creativity, and plenty of silliness!
Parents can drop off/pick up, or are welcome to wait in the lobby during class. Children should wear comfortable. fitness clothing.

This workshop begins with an insightful overview of fascia—the body’s connective tissue network—and its vital role in our physical and emotional wellbeing. You’ll learn the science behind fascia, how it stores tension and trauma, and its powerful connection to the body’s energy meridians.
We’ll explore how nurturing your fascia supports fluid movement, emotional release, and energy flow. Techniques to restore fascia—through hydration, movement, and breath—will be discussed.
The session includes a guided fascia flossing demonstration (inspired by Bon Crotzer), where you’ll learn and practice targeted stretches aligned with key meridians. This is followed by a gentle fascia flossing flow led by Macy, enhanced by a deeply restorative sound bath by Abigail, activating healing within the fascial system.
We close with a detox tea and a guided meditation led by Abigail to integrate your experience and promote inner balance.
Each participant will leave with a practical take-home toolkit, including fascia flossing stretches, meridian maps, breathwork tips, and daily rituals to continue your healing journey at home.

Explore the art and anatomy of backbending in this all-levels workshop designed to help you backbend deeper—and safer.
Whether you’re just beginning your journey into heart-opening postures or you’re looking to refine advanced asanas like Wheel or King Pigeon, this workshop offers something for everyone. Through intelligent sequencing, targeted drills, and mindful breathwork, you’ll learn how to strengthen the back body, safely open the front body, and unlock greater mobility in your spine and shoulders.
What to expect:
• Progressive warm-ups to prepare the spine and hips
• Techniques to activate glutes, engage core, and protect the lower back
• Guidance on foundational postures like Cobra and Bridge
• Options for more advanced variations like Camel, Wheel, and Dropbacks
