PRENATAL YOGA FLOW

From your physical body to your emotional state, prenatal yoga is a key ingredient to a healthy, happy pregnancy. Offering a wide range of postures, exercises and breathing meditations, this non-heated class is designed to compliment the growing needs of pregnant mothers during all three trimesters. The supportive flow is designed to cultivate a balance between effort and surrender, allowing one to take what they learned on the yoga mat in to birth and motherhood.  This class is also beneficial for postpartum or nursing moms.

Benefits of Prenatal Class:
Increases energy and flexibility, builds strength, reduces stress, promotes circulation and alignment, eliminates discomfort, proper posture (bonding), relaxation, lowers blood pressure, body awareness and baby awareness. Class is non-heated.

Bring: a yoga mat, water, comfort items (blanket/bolster/pillow), studio provides blocks
